The mixed martial arts coach for Mark Zuckerberg is not confident that the CEO of Meta would win in a duel with Elon Musk.

The software tycoon said on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast last year that he started competing in mixed martial arts because it required continual concentration. Since September of last year, Zuckerberg has begun working out with professional MMA fighter Khai “The Shadow” Wu.

Wu commented on Zuckerberg’s anticipated clash with the Tesla CEO in an interview with Forbes, saying: “I just go and train. I can only speak on how hard he works.

Wu, 27, continued, “He works really hard. He’s a really nice guy to be honest with you. I’m not sure how the fight will play out, so I don’t want to speculate, but I’m like you, I’m like ‘how crazy is this?”

The 39-year-old Meta CEO, according to Wu, is a “student of the game” who “shows up, trains hard, and puts in the effort.”

This week, after Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a cage match, it looked like the two billionaires had decided to square off.

A Twitter user cautioned Musk to “be careful” after Musk attacked Meta’s alleged ambitions to establish a Twitter competitor because Zuckerberg practises jiu-jitsu.

In a tweet, Musk said: “I’m up for a cage match if he is lol.” On his Instagram story, Zuckerberg replied, “Send Me Location.”

After speaking with both on the phone, Dana White, the president of the UFC, declared that the two were “absolutely dead serious” about fighting.
