Amid allegations of money laundering, Flutterwave has announced the employment of 200 out of 11,000 applicants from its inaugural graduate trainee programme.
The fintech company revealed its staff base by 38 per cent in the process, adding that the new staff will be up-skilled with technical and soft skills, and exposed to its solutions and products, and giving them experience working.
This is just as the company announced the return of its former Global Head of People Strategy and Special Projects, Mansi Babyloni.
Flutterwave noted that the trainee programme was the brainchild Babyloni who has been reappointed as its new Chief of People and Culture after working as the Peole and Org. Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
